Viewing a Dashboard
- From the web application menu, select Dashboard and, from the displayed menu items, select the Dashboard you want to view.
- This opens the selected Dashboard workspace, which displays the Dashboard and its items.
- To collapse or expand an item, click on its header.
- On the Dashboard toolbar, click Refresh to refresh the Dashboard and ensure it is displaying the most up to date information.

If you collapse all the items in a layout, the items in any layouts below will move up to fill any the space created by the collapsed items.
Expanding any of the collapsed items returns the moved items back to their original position.
