Edit and Share User List Views

When you edit a List View, you can:

  • change the List View name
  • make it a shared List View
  • change its owner
  • change the List View contents.

To edit a List View

  1. From the menu, select Admin Menu path separator User Defined Filters and View Menu path separator User List Views. The User Defined Views tab opens, listing all the user defined List Views.
  2. To open a record, <dc> on it, or select it and click Edit. This opens the List View Designer.
  3. Make changes to the fields as required, as described in Edit a Custom View.
  4. To make the List View shared, enable the Shared checkbox.
  5. When finished, click Save and then Close to close the tab.
