Edit and Share User List Views
When you edit a List View, you can:
- change the List View name
- make it a shared List View
- change its owner
- change the List View contents.
To edit a List View
- From the menu, select Admin User Defined Filters and View User List Views. The User Defined Views tab opens, listing all the user defined List Views.
- To open a record, <dc> on it, or select it and click Edit. This opens the List View Designer.
- Make changes to the fields as required, as described in Edit a Custom View.
- To make the List View shared, enable the Shared checkbox.
- When finished, click Save and then Close to close the tab.
