Roles Viewer

The Roles Viewer allows you to quickly see the number of Ancestors, Descendants and Users that relate to the Roles configured within your SAI360 application. Opening any of the Roles allows you to view the details of those Ancestors, Descendants and Users.

To view role details

From the menu, select Admin Security Roles Viewer. The Roles Viewer List View opens, showing all the Roles and a count of the related Ancestors, Descendants and Users for each Role.

To view details of Ancestors, Descendants and Users, double-click on the Role to open a window showing three tabs - one each for Ancestors, Descendants and Users.

Expand the record in the relevant subform for more detail about the Ancestor, Descendant or User.

Click Close when finished.
