You can only perform this function if you have the following Role applied to your User identity: Policy Role - List View Edit

It is often easier to create a new user view by duplicating an existing view, making minor changes to it, and then saving it using another name.

To duplicate a user view

  1. Select the List View you intend to duplicate by using the drop-down list of the View button.
  2. Open the List View Designer using the View part of the View button.
  3. Click Duplicate to duplicate the currently displayed view. The duplicated view has the text <New Record>at the top left of the form.
  4. Overwrite the List View Name with a new name.
  5. Click Save & Apply. The List View Designer closes and your duplicated view is applied.
