Limiting the Date Range
For each Calendar, the Designer determines how many months are to be shown in the Calendar View. Every time this Calendar is accessed, the system will show the defined number of months, with the current month being the center-point.
However, if required a user can either move through the calendar month-by-month, or limit the date range.
The List View beneath the Calendar will be dynamically updated to reflect the current date selection.

Moving through the Calendar month-by-month

Click on the controls on either side of the Calendar.

Selecting records for a specific month
|
Once the required month is in view, click on the month name.
|
Selecting a specific day
|
Click on the required date.
|
Selecting a date range
|
To select a date range, the system is uses a 'Click and Drag' function:
- Click on the first date
- Keep the mouse button pressed, and move it to the last date
- Release the mouse button

Resetting date selection to show complete range of the current Calendar
|
Click on the 'RESET' button below the calendar
