What documentation is available and who is it for?
The SAI360 Suite has user documentation available to help you through most tasks:
Examples detailed in these manuals use components from the SAI360 Standard Configuration database - their names may differ from the database that your organization uses. The aim of the examples is to show you the process so you can apply it to your circumstances.
The web application online Help is available through the Help icon on the web interface.
Because the software is customizable to suit your organization, we only provide generic Help on using the web application, not specific Help related to your business process workflows.
