Procedural Walkthroughs are fully configurable, feature rich step-by-step checklists. They are aimed for end users out in the field, who work with dangerous equipment or perform dangerous tasks, to provide them with context-sensitive Standard Operating Procedures – a form of "learning in the flow of work".

As it is possible to apply formatting to parts of the checklists (e.g. bold, underline) and also include images, clients' Procedural Walkthroughs are able to describe complex procedures with great clarity and detail.

Walkthroughs can be added to any Form or Workflow.

The main features are:

• Procedural Walkthroughs main page, where a detailed and formatted Description for each Walkthrough can be provided, including the option for images.
• A Tasklist, with a list of all the Tasks required for each Walkthrough, including the option for images.
• Each Task contains a list of all the Steps which need to be completed for each Task.
• Users are guided through the Walkthrough, Task by Task, Step by Step.
• The system will inform the user the Percent of each of the Tasks, and for the Walkthrough as a whole has been completed.
• Procedural Walkthroughs are available both in Roam, and the Web Application.

Required Steps to configure and use Procedural Walkthroughs (High Level)

The initial setup for Procedural Walkthroughs requires a range of steps, involving different users.

1. Designers:
   • Create a one-to-one relationship between the Business Process, and the "Procedural Walkthrough" component.
   • Modify the required Form(s)
2. Admin type Users:
   • Create the 'templates' for the Procedural Walkthroughs
3. End Users:
   • Select the appropriate 'templates' for their current task
   • Step through the Tasks
