Exporting/Importing Walkthrough Templates

To transfer or copy a Walkthrough Template between environments, follow these steps:

Exporting Walkthrough Templates

1. Open the Walkthrough Template from Admin Procedural Walkthrough
2. Click on Export and the system will download a ZIP file to your browser's download folder.
   • a JSON file containing all textual information
   • all image files used in the template

   If there are unsaved changes the Export button is disabled. You will need to save the changes before exporting.

Importing Walkthrough Templates

1. From Admin Procedural Walkthrough select New
2. Drag and drop the exported ZIP file into the target field this will create the new Template
