Importing Users, Attachments and Lookups

Before starting an import for either Attachments or Users, please read the following important items.

Importing Attachments

• This process is to be used for the import of attachments only. It should NOT be used to import other data into SAI360.
• The Tomcat Service User, must have at least Read access to the folders related to the Import Attachments process.

Importing Users

• The time and intervals at which the process is scheduled to run can be modified, as can the directory location of the folders relevant to this process.
• The Tomcat Service User must have at least Read access to the folders related to the Import Users process.

Importing Lookups

• This process is to be used for the import of lookup items only.
• The Tomcat Service User, must have at least Read access to the folders related to the Lookup Import process.
