Possible Solution

I cannot log in.

  • Your user name or password is not active.
  • The database has been tampered with outside the SAI360 applications.

I logged on previously but cannot log on to a different computer.

The number of registered computers has reached the maximum number of available licenses. The System Administrator needs to deregister computers not currently needed or purchase more licenses.

The lists are different from when I last logged in.

The database is a dynamic system and selected users can change it, provided they have access to the Web Application Designer Tool, so the content often looks different.
