The function that you have selected does not support that option and you need to move to another function. Alternatively, you may not have permission to use the option and need to see your System Administrator to provide permission.

You probably have a prompt window (such as an error message) open that you need to respond to or close.

Did you save your changes? If this does not work, you may be pointing to a different database in your configuration files.

There is no "undo" feature - just close without saving.

Indicated that a restart has not been completed after a publish, or a publish was interrupted, or failed.
