Name (required)

The name that identifies the Calendar View. This name will be displayed on the Calendar tab.

Description

A brief description of the Calendar.

Number of Months to display

(required)

This value defines how many months will be shown in the Calendar.

• The default value is 5,
• Valid range is between 3 and 10 months (inclusive).

Calendar Colors

(required)

Select the Colors which will be included in this Calendar.

You can select from a list of 4 predefined colors:
Red, Yellow, Green and Grey.

At least 1 Color must be selected.

Calendar Components

(required)

Select the Components which will be included in this Calendar.

You can select from a list of all existing Components.

At least 1 Component must be selected.

Show this Calendar in the Dashboard Menu

If you intend to:

• display this Calendar by itself, occupying a "complete Dashboard":
  tick this box, and the Calendar will be added to the Dashboard Menu.
• display the Calendar as one of several items of a Dashboard:
  un-tick this box, and the Calendar will only be available once it has been added as a widget on the Dashboard Designer.

Mark Calendar for deletion

Only check this box if you intend to delete this calendar.

Selecting a value of greater than 5 for Number of Months to display may result in an incorrect display of the Calendar for users who have a low screen resolution, and/or who have smaller screens.

As a reference, here are the minimum required horizontal resolutions required to display the calendar without scrollbars (assuming browser uses full screen):

• 3 months: 800px
• 4 or 5 months: 1024px
• 6 months: 1280px
• 7 months: 1440px
• 8 months: 1680px
