Log out of the Web Application

Note

  • We recommend that you log out if you are leaving your computer unattended for any period of time. This prevents others from using your identity to use the web application.
  • Just closing the web application will NOT log you out.
  • If you have not used the system for a period of time (as set by your system administrator), the system will log you out automatically and you will have to log in again.

To log out

  1. Save any data you want to keep.
  2. Click on the user icon (top right corner), and select Logout.
  3. If the system detects any unsaved data, you are asked if you want to continue logging out.
    • Click Cancel if you want to save this data - the log out process will abort and you'll go back to where you were.
    • Click OK to continue logging out - your unsaved data is not kept.
  4. After logging out, the system will take you to a dedicated page confirming that you have been logged out.
