Permissions by User

The Permissions by User function allows you to view the Permissions for the Roles assigned to a selected User.

To view a User's Permissions

1. From the menu, select Admin Security Permissions by User. The View Permissions window displays.
2. In the User field, click to open the selection list.
3. Select the User whose permissions you wish to view and click OK.
4. Click View Permissions. The Permissions by User List View displays, showing all the Roles and related Permissions for that User.
5. Double-click on a selected Permission to display its details for that Role.
6. Click Close.
7. Click View Permissions to return to the View Permissions window.
