Calendar Security

PLEASE NOTE:

The Security defined here will only be applied when this Calendar is shown on it's own dashboard, i.e. only when the field "Show This Calendar in the Dashboard Menu" has been ticked.

If the Calendar is shown as a "widget" on a Dashboard, then the system will only evaluate the Security which has been set up for this Dashboard.

On this page, you define who has access to this Calendar:

Define the Calendar Security as necessary. You need to set the

Default Access:
No Roles have access
All Roles have access

which you can refine by adding Exceptions:

Except Roles:
Select all the Roles which are excepted from the Default Access.
