Implementing Data-Security for Reports

NOTE:

Data-Security can ONLY be applied for Analytics reports, and for reports which are designed with the Report Designer.
It CANNOT be applied for Interactive reports.

Since the BI tool and the Data Warehouse used for reporting are outside of Evotix 360, it is necessary implement any data-security as a manual step for each report.

"Data Security" refers to controlling which records a user will see when running a record. Defining to which report a user has access to is described here.

The way in which data-security is implemented will depend on data-source of the report:

Data-Warehouse as a source
Cube/Schema as a Source
