Metrics Calculation

This event is required to automatically collect and process Calculated Metrics once a month - i.e. Metrics where the data are being retrieved and processed using existing data within the SAI360 database.

This configuration can be viewed under Designer Events Sustainability - Metrics Calculation

NOTE:

This event can be modified to suit the requirements, and only one of these types of events will be required.

Once an Event is configured, it will take effect immediately (i.e. publish is not required)

Explanation

Name

The name for the Event.

Event Type

Should be set to "Sustainability - Metrics Calculation". On Save, this field becomes read-only.

Run Time (HH:MM) - if set, event will run daily at this time

A Run Time has to be set for the event to fire at the defined time.

You must enter the time in 24 hour format.

NOTE:
Tomcat service must be up and running at the specified time for the event to be triggered. If for some reason, Tomcat service is down at the defined time, the event will be missed and triggered again the next day.

METRICS CALCULATION

How many days before/after the end of the month should the system calculate the value

You can enter a positive or negative value.

Positive number:
the event will run x days after the end of each month.
Negative number:
the event will run x days prior to the end of each month.

When running for a given month, the event will process all outstanding records up to and including that month.
