Modified Metrics Results in Review Notification Email
The Metrics Management module is pre-configured to send a notification email to the Person who has been designated as the Reviewer. The system runs the event daily, checking for new or modified metrics data that has become ready for review since the last review notification. It emails the nominated Data Reviewer to make them aware of the updates.

NOTE:
This event can be modified to suit the requirements, and additional Events can be created where required.
Once an Event is configured, it will take effect immediately (i.e. publish is not required)

The system identifies Metrics records currently under review, based on the defined Time Periods, Locations and Metrics and Campaigns. The partially pre-configured email reminder email is named "Email - Modified Metrics Results on Review Notification".

The name for the Event.

Event Type

Should be set to "Metric Data in Review Changed". On Save, this field becomes read-only.

Run Time (HH:MM) - if set, event will run daily at this time

A Run Time has to be set for the event to fire at the defined time.
You must enter the time in 24 hour format.

NOTE:
Tomcat service must be up and running at the specified time for the event to be triggered. If for some reason, Tomcat service is down at the defined time, the event will be missed and triggered again the next day.
