Delete a Lookup List

To delete a lookup list

1. In the Web Application, select Designer Field Types Lookups from the menu.
2. Existing lookups list in the alphabetical order.
3. Locate the lookup by filtering the list by name.
4. Double-click on the row containing the lookup to view and edit its details.
   Alternative method: Click on the lookup to select it, then click Edit.
5. Tick the ‘Mark for deletion (Will be deleted on next publish)’ checkbox.
6. Click Save to save the changes.
   The Lookup List will be deleted when the next Publish is run.

Note: You should not delete a Lookup List that is currently referenced as a field. In such cases you should do the following first:

• Remove the field that references the lookup list from any reports/graphs, list views, XML filters and forms.
• Remove the field from the component.
