About System Roles

Some of the Roles in the SAI360 System are marked as System Roles. These roles are inherent part of the system, and accidentally deleting such roles can render the application unusable.

Therefore, System Roles are protected as follows:

• These roles cannot be deleted by System Administrators, or other users.
• The following fields have Read Only Access:
  • Name
  • Disable
  • System
  • Description
• System Administrators will still be able to edit:
  • Ancestors
  • Descendants
  • Users which are assigned to that Role.
