Which Records are shown?

What can I do with these records?

Records which were created on Roam, but not yet submitted to the web application.

When you create a record on Roam, but decide to keep it rather than to submit, then this record will be part of My Tasks.

  • "Kept" records will ONLY be on the mobile device it was created on.
  • You can open and edit these records as often as required.
  • These records will not have an auto-number. These are created once submitted.
  • When you submit a record while off-line, the record will be stored on the device until it is connected to the SAI360 server. You will not be able to update the record is it is submitted while off-line.

 

Only while on-line:
records retrieved from the SAI360 database.

  • When on-line, the system will retrieve records based on the configured "My Tasks" list views (Refer to Setting up "My Tasks" in Roam)
  • Users can filter the records using the dropdown.
  • The tasks are listed in descending order by the date of their last update. The date shown on the tiles plays no part in the sorting.
  • Users can open, edit and save these records.
