Adding modules/processes to create New records in Roam

To define modules for which users can create new records in Roam, follow these steps:
- In the Form Designer, define a Form to be a mobile Form
- Run a publish, and restart Tomcat
- On the Roam device, refresh forms
When no icon has been defined, then the system will display a "+" icon instead, along with the name of the underlying component.
To include a description or summary on the tiles enter the details into the 'Description' section of the Form Properties
NOTE: Users will only see the modules/processes on Roam for which they have CREATE access.

Defining Icons for the tiles

To use icons for the tiles:
- Upload images into System Files
- In the Form Designer, select an image from ‘System Images’
- Run a publish, and restart Tomcat
- On the Roam device, refresh forms
Supported file types are jpg, gif and png.
Note:
The existing approach of storing images in …\sai360\custom\icons will continue to be supported. However, it is recommended to migrate the images into System Files at the earliest. This will allow System Administrators to manage the images directly and reduce dependency on the Customer Support for making changes.

Viewing In Progress records
|
In-progress/incomplete records, which have been created on the current device, but not yet submitted to the server.
