Recommended Path for Component, Form and View Configuration

If you make configuration changes to Components, Forms and Views, SAI360 recommends the following path of Actions:

1. Add or edit fields, relationships, lookups and matrices in the Web Application
2. Create new component security roles, if required
3. Using the Web Application, perform all the form, view and menu configuration necessary
4. Do a Publish
5. Restart Tomcat Web Service
6. Using the Web Application, continue any configuration required such as:
   • Assigning filters to views and component lookup form fields
   • Assign security roles to new components if required
7. Do a Publish
8. Restart Tomcat Web Service
