Incomplete Emissions Data Notification
"Incomplete Data" is records where user input has been received, but some other value required by a formula could not be found, so the results could not be calculated. This will typically be caused by missing referential data, where the system could not find a Material Attribute or Constant for a given Emissions Source/Location/Time Period, but can also be caused where referential data is updated which invalidates existing calculations.
The Emissions Management module is pre-configured with the functionality to send reminder emails to notify of any ‘Incomplete Data Entries’ for review.

NOTE:
This event can be modified to suit the requirements and additional Events can be created where required.
Once an Event is configured, it will take effect immediately (i.e. publish is not required)

By default, set as "Emissions - Incomplete Results Email".
On save, this field becomes read-only.

Run Time (HH:MM) - if set, event will run daily at this time
|
A Run Time has to be set for the event to fire once a day at the defined time.
You must enter the time in 24 hour format, for example: 23:30
|
NOTE:
Tomcat service must be up and running at the specified time for the event to be triggered. If for some reason, Tomcat service is down at the defined time, the event will be missed and triggered again the next day.

|
Free text field to fill in email addresses (e.g. Distribution Lists). The recipient will receive a list of ALL Incomplete Emissions.

Field picker to select an email address field on any component related to the Emissions Source

Recommended to have a generic Subject title (static text)
e.g. Incomplete Emissions Data

Email Body
|
